how does your desktop look like?
this is my one, at the moment:

ps: if you don't know how to take a pic of your desktop: print screen (prt sc). then, you start acdc, photoshop, paint -whatever- and now you can paste the pic. (Ctrl + v ) that's it.

linux hab ich nie ausprobiert. aber windows ist abgesehen von ein paar zielmich nervigen macken ganz brav!

1. i got many viruses (trojans) on my pc... i just use them to have a little fun and to mess up the computers of my "friends"

2. slow... with linux you dont need a fast pc anyway, cant play games on it

3. all windows programs are free as well

4. i dont support billy (3.)

not all programs are free, most of them are not... if not, why do you see " this W$ program.exe fully CRACKED!!" on many download sites huh? you know you paid for your microsoft office programs such as Word, excell... its free and works very well on linux (open office ;) ). Do you use photoshop? adobe 1er? or something like that? did you pay for it?! or did you manage to catch it on some ...illegal web sites ;)
and i could go on and on... you just have to know that linux=open source, windows=not.
you can play games on your linux comp, you just need to figure out a few things, but yes, you can play on your pc while using linux... i just dont cause my pc sucks anyway...

you have M$ office? then you paid for it, even if it was not clear on your bill...
think about it, how would M$ get its money from if it was not from contracts with comp retailers? huh?
and if you built your pc by yourself, and if you have M$ programs on it, and you didnt pay for it, then its illegal...
oh and with open office, i save my resume as a .doc file, and printed it on a M$ windows pc, no pb at all...

but my desktop is boring and i dont like to start a new topic for every stupid shit... anyway: you're the big boss, you're in charge... so next time i'll better shut the fuck up and post it in an other board :D

oh yea @nicolinuxuser http://board.gulli.com there should be manymany stuff about linux (in german, time to learn it!)
