When Storm does a raid of any noticeable size you have to listen to the raid leader (and other officers helping with running the raid)

Conflicts - The Guild Channel is not the place to settle differences. Accusations and/or disputes are not to be settled using the guild channel. Conflicts between 2 members must be settled via private messages. Any conflicts that require the attention of 1 or more officers will be settled by creating a temporary channel. As any violation of this rule violates "The #1 Rule", it must incur a heavy penalty.

Offensive Language - What may not be considered offensive to some, may be considered to another as completely unacceptable. This is what makes regulating language difficult. Also as a rebellion clan, we are entitled to our freedom of speech. Therefore, this is not a rule against language, but a rule of common courtesy instead. If any member feels another member is being offensive in the guild channel, they must first ask that member to please moderate their language. If the problem persists, an officer must be notified.

Loot gotten through guild raids is NOT to be sold without officer approval. Violators of this rule will be removed from Storm.

No Ebaying accounts or items that require guild efforts will be allowed. If we see your account up on ebay we'll boot you and you'll never have a choice to join again unless you can prove you have access to the account. Don't loan your account to a "friend" when you leave the game unless you can log back in and say hi to us.

Only one of your characters within Storm is allowed to set up towers. All towers, if any, built with other characters must be removed.

Do not engage nor assist in any attack on another guilds base without the permission from an officer.
The #1 Rule:
Dont do anything that will cause guild leadership trouble, without good reason. This rule always applies to everything. Dont do things that makes other people mad at you unless they ask for it. Especially not other members. Always be civil towards other players, if they toss slurs at you just /ignore them or say something clever rather than toss something worse back at them.

Dont abuse your strength to steal kills from clanners (sometimes not even omnis), unless they started with such actions themselfs. Dont PvP against other clanners unless they agree to fight a duel (or if there are some other special situation where its a free for all PvP battle).

So no ganking friends! Dont pester members for buffs/items/credits or anything else they can help you with. Most people will help you if you choose the right moment to ask for help, but you have to understand that members of Storm are often very busy already and cant tell their groups to wait another 5 minutes or whatever it takes for them to do what you ask. If you get a no its nothing personal. Most people will help you if it is easy for them to do so, but dont expect all members of Storm to do what you ask just because you are a member.

If you do have a good reason for causing trouble to the guild then you should do so, but you will be questioned about the reason and so forth. This reason has to be a good one, or you might find yourself looking for a new guild. This might sound harsh, but Storm is too large to accept nonsense among our members. Cause too much trouble, complaints, whining, whatever and you make the leaders of Storm busy with the wrong thing.

There are few things I dislike more than having tells from randombob about how bad Storm members are behaving! Dont abuse gifts given out by members. Dont take things other members offer just to sell unless the person who gives the items away say you can sell them. If you dont need them pass them on to other members.

This is a group of players dedicted to each other. Storm is a large guild with many diverse members that enjoy all asspects of the game, from explorers, socialisers, craftsmen, academics, to omni killers and warriors. You don't have to be a power gamer to enjoy your time with us. Meet our min requirment of level 125
If you are not level 125, we have a newbie guild, Temptest, for people that don't meet the Storm level requirment but still want to get to know us. If you are intrested in joining Tempest, make a note of it on the application.
Have a good reputation among Clan players
Treat all fellow guild members with respect

Whats your name, proffession, and level?
(and just incase, is there any chance we may know you as another char? if so , who?)
How would you describe yourself as a mmpog player?
(What do you aim for in a game? Why do you play?)
Describe your experiences in other mmpogs(uo, eq, ac, etc)?
(What where you? pvper, role player, eventer? What was it about those games that you liked/disliked?)
Have you ever been in another guild in ao?
( Why did you originaly join it? What was wrong with it when you left, that you see Storm as a better place.)

The Interview
Dates of Recruitment
Due to an overwhelming number of applications, there will be specific dates that interviews and invitations to Storm will occur.

Interviews will be held on the first and third Weekends of each month. After successful interview, the candidate will be invited into Storm to begin thier applicant period.
