Sneddon hat es schon wieder gemacht.
Wie schon bei Miller hat er diesmal das Büro von Michaels Privat Assistentin durchsucht und Dokumente mitgenommen auf denen der Name Mesereau stand. Dazu gehört auch ein Fax mit den Namen von Zeugen die die Verteidungung aufrufen möchte und Papiere in denen über den Fall gesprochen wird.

Here's the deal.

Sneddon raids Michael's personal assistant (name redacted). This raid was conducted very recently.

Now, of course, being a personal assistant, she has personal papers that belong to Michael. And it is reasonable to conclude that, of course, some of those personal papers will include Michael's legal matters -- specifically, THIS CASE.

Specifically, Sneddon took:

(1) A fax transmission that Michael sent to Mez regarding possible trial witnesses!!

(2) Three folders marked with the name "Mesereau" on them!

We are talking about flagrant, outright, inequitably RAPING THE DEFENSE'S PRIVILEGED WORK! Understand the implications of this. Sneddon now knows part of the defense's defense strategy! He, at the very least, knows some of the names of witnesses Michael and Mez were considering using in the trial!

THIS IS SO, SO, SO, SO VERY WRONG!!!

So how does the defense find out about this? Sneddon actually has these things inventoried! That's right. He sees what he has, and rather than jump to get a special master or take some action to "fix" his "mistake" (you and I both know this was intentional!), he just sits there and inventories it!! After all, illegally raiding the defense camp is just business as usual for CORRUPT SNEDDON. Mez sees the items listed on the inventory!! Of course, Mez (Sanger!) has now filed this Emergency Motion to have the DEFENSE'S PAPERS (aka "seized evidence") SEALED. Pronto! Now! Immediately!

But WTF?!! It's too late! We all know that Sneddon has rummaged all through those papers, making copies and taking notes! Sneddon's case is so incredibly bad that he is now flagrantly raiding the defense's work in order to "cheat" so he can find out the defense's defense strategy!

Sneddon absolutely, positively, without doubt or delay -MUST- BE REMOVED FROM THIS CASE!!!!

Quite frankly, the bastard needs to be removed from office completely.

I am shocked and appalled by this. If this doesn't show the lengths of illegal behavior that Sneddon will stoop, I don't know what will.

auch wenn tom sneddon ein arsch ist werde ich diese inoffiziellen anschuldigungen nicht kommentieren. ich will/werde ihn selbstverständlich nicht verteidigen (was vielleicht daran liegt, dass er ein arsch ist --> 1. satz :D ), aber kann den nicht jeder mensch in irgendwelchen foren irgendwelche gerüchte in die welt setzen? gibt es daher irgendwo eine bestätigung/untermauerung dieser anschuldigung von offizieller (=99 % glaubwürdige ;) ) seite?
