FORMER Footballers Wives beauty Susie Amy, who played glamour model Chardonnay in the hit TV show, has found love with heart-throb actor Max Beesley.

The sexy 23-year-old actress is smitten with Beesley, 28, who once dated Spice Girl Mel B and is currently starring in BBC3's medical drama Bodies. Amy, who quit Footballers Wives 12 months ago, had been single since splitting with professional golfer Steve Webster in October last year.

Last night a friend said: "I have never seen Susie look so happy. She and Max can't get enough of each other at the moment. They're blissfully happy. They're like a pair of lovestruck teenagers."

The couple enjoyed a luxury break at posh health farm Champneys last week. The romance was given the seal of approval from one of Beesley's closest pals, Robbie Willliams, 30, when he joined them for dinner at the £400-a-night health retreat in Hampshire.

An insider said: "What's made their romance even more special is that Max's friends are really impressed with Susie, particularly Robbie Williams. He feels so comfortable with them that he joined them for dinner during their break."

The couple were also joined at the spa by Cutting It star Angela Griffin, who is dating Max's step-brother Jason Milligan.

Susie dated Webster for five years but was devastated when she learned he had been seeing driving instructor, Talitha Henderson, 28, behind her back.

Now Susie has starred in the US TV series La Femme Musketeer with Gerard Depardieu and Nastassja Kinski, which will be shown on Channel 4 in December.

She's also landed a lead role alongside Hollywood actor Andy Garcia in art flick Modigliani.

Now THAT makes me want to throw up. Would their romance be less special if they didn't know Rob? It's so SAD how those tabloids are desperate to mention his name.

The paper adds that the pair enjoyed a break at a luxury health farm last week.
