I have a few issues, well, not a few issues, a whole boat load of issues about this case or scam as I like to call it.

1. Why is the SAME D.A. Tom Sneddon on this case?

2. Why does this D.A. want to throw in a conspiracy charge in this case? And what ever happened to their motive for a 'pattern of seduction'?

3. How can this D.A. prove that there was a conspiracy? Isn't that kind of questionable? I mean, where was this charge before?

4. Is this D.A. that stupid to trial this case to the media instead of the courtroom? And why did he skip the prelimnary hearings? Was it because he knows that his case is trash?

5. Why would this D.A. charge MJ under a penal code that needs little or no evidence but the word of teh so called accuser? Does the D.A. not realized, or maybe he did, but still didn't care that this boy and his family in general, have a very questionable creditibility issue? I mean, REALLY.

6. Why is this D.A. denying that he does not have a vendetta against Michael Jackson? Is it becaue if it was true, which it is, that this D.A. has a vendetta, the jury will decided that this case is not worth it because of his bias?

7. Even though the gag order is in place, why are people like that ever annoying Jim Thomas and that self declared liar, Diane Dimond going on television and talking about the case like they know what they are talking about? Also, on top of that, why are theybeing BIAS? I thought they were REPORTING the information, not being bias? ANd how come the Jackson side cannot do the same thing because whenever they are asked about the case their comments would be, 'well, I am not Michael's lawyer, so I cannot answer that question', or that 'well, it is under a gag order so I cannot discuss about that'? Is that shady or what?

8. How come the media is not reporting the BOMBSHELLS of this case but are reporting nonsense from a tabloid show called Celebrity Justice? And on top of that, why is the media saying that 'evidence could be found' or 'evidence might be found' when IN FACT, there is little or no evidence because of the penal code situation? I mean, do they research anymore? I don't know ANYTHING about the law, but damn, at least I research on what Ia m reading about so I can have an idea
